• Information you give us when you register for a TTSClass online workshop: first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Basic technical information when you visit our site (browser type, pages viewed, approximate location from IP address), collected through cookies and similar tools to measure our advertising.

• To register you for the workshop and send your confirmation and join link.
• To send event reminders and follow-up information about the workshop and our training program, by email and, if you opted in, by text message.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our registration form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from TTSClass about the workshop you registered for: a registration confirmation, reminders before the session, a notice with your join link when the session starts, and follow-up messages answering your questions about our training program. Sharing

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We share information only with service providers that help us run the workshop and send messages (for example our webinar, email, and text-messaging platforms), only for that purpose, or when required by law.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. Our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections; contact data is stored on secure, access-controlled platforms; and access is limited to our staff and service providers who need it to run the workshop and send messages. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a security incident affects it.

Children

Our website, classes and text messages are intended for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the workshop and related communications. You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to access or delete your data by emailing [email protected].
